The aim of the event was to promote the extraordinary Parmigiano Reggiano production process, highlighting the characteristics of the local area and sustainability. Among the guests was the former cyclist Francesco Moser, who today runs a farming business. The evening was organised by the San Lorenzo Cooperative, which has always been committed to the development of the agri-food sector in our area.
